Fabric Covered Storage

The other day I was feeling very crafty and productive, so I decided to turn some sturdy cardboard boxes that once held Christmas presents into storage cubes. The amount of baby paraphernalia for a certain Australian/American/British baby-to-be seems to be multiplying in corners of the house...and it was time I started to organize it! I figured this black and white toile was mostly inoffensive to look at, and I probably wouldn't have sewn anything else with it.

Just an ordinary cardboard box with fabric cut the appropriate size

Lots of spray adhesive was used (in a well ventilated outdoor area!)

Ta-da! Ready to be filled with baby clothes, books, teethers, blankets, and so on.

This is such a brilliant money saving idea and the results look amazing! I've been thinking about new storage solutions for our new place and I'll be keeping this in mind at my next Spotlight run!
