Muesli is the new Oatmeal

Down here in sub-tropical Australia, the weather is getting warmer and the idea of standing over a hot stove preparing oatmeal from scratch is less than appealing. But I'm reluctant to give in to all the evils of processed cereals, at least not 100%. I've found the ideal solution is homemade muesli. All the soaked-oats wholesomeness of oatmeal, but cold. This week I've made a big batch with apples and pears and other goodies, and it's super quick and easy...
